To launch the campaign, Avonmore Protein Milk will open the book on every aspect of how top athletes have achieved their goals, and this is done through the brilliant examples of their two chosen athletes; Joey Carbery and Ciara Neville. This is by focusing on the inner dialogue of these athletes and what they need to do to maintain their fitness levels and achieve success. A number of pieces of video content will showcase the stories of both of these athletes in a truly inspiring way.
