Brooklyn Decker helped the folks of the Black Forest harvest gummy candies in a PR stunt in New York.

The Black Forest Gummy Harvest came to New York’s famed High Line park to share and celebrate ‘Juicy Gummies that Keep it Real.’ The candy company gifted residents a giant Gummy Tree, which rained down the gummy treats made with real fruit juice and simple ingredients.

Model, actor and mom of two Brooklyn Decker kicked off the activation in support of a sweet snack consumers can actually feel good about eating, according to the company.

Consumers stopped by to enjoy an array of gummies and see how the people of the Black Forest harvest juicy treats (fictionally, of course) and create fun and Insta-worthy moments.

In 2018, Black Forest launched the rather bizarre-but-engaging ‘So Juicy, Ja!,’ marketing campaign that personified the brands natural roots and ideals of deliciously soft and juicy gummies made with real ingredients. Conceptualized and produced by Joan Creative, the campaign introduced The People of the Black Forest to consumers, a previously unknown, natural civilization who have built their culture around harvesting land fertile with deliciously juicy gummies.

Extending the campaign, Black Forest imagined the Black Forest Gummy Harvest, specifically the magnificent Gummy Tree, as a physical manifestation of the brand ideals. The cornerstone and icon of the untouched Black Forest community, the giant gummy tree in which they harvest their crop, has been brought to life, allowing consumers to physically experience and enjoy the brands ‘Juicy Gummies that Keep it Real.’ Consumers will now be able to experience firsthand the delicious gummies made from high quality ingredients for a snack they can feel better about eating.
